Kosmic Unleashes New 2011 Developments

J3 Competition Inc, the sole US distributor for Kosmic Racing Kart is please to unveil the new improvements to the 2011 Mercury and Lynx chassis.  Coming off a season of enormous sucess in the USA coupled with the WSK European championship, Kosmic has made good improvements in every area in order to delvier its customer's the best possible chassis on the market.  The chassis core component remains the same with the following alterations for 2011.

 

1. New Steering uprights - New design and construction allows for the fuel tank to be mounted further forward thus changing the weight balance of the chassis as well as increasing the efficiency of the steering

2. New Fuel Tank - The new design allows for the entire fuel load to be altered, thus improving performance and distribution with different fuel levels

3. New Steering Box -  A similar design that allows the foot rest to have a consistent elevation, thus keeping the same position while moving the foot rest from front to back

4. Steering Wheel - Bigger circumferance allows for different steering dynamics along with a larger position for the drive'rs hands.  In addition, new 'grip' material has been added to increase the driver's feel.

5. Cassette Flanges - One piece flanges have been created to increase the rear grip level

6. Cassette - More seat stay mounting points coupled with a different design has increased the stiffness thus adding more consistency to the driver's feel
