After three successful weeks of competing across America with the highlight 1-2 Junior Max result at the US Nationals, J3 Competition is taking part in this weekend’s WSK World Cup.  The event marks the second round of the three round series, which touches down on three separate continents; Europe, America, and Africa.  The WSK series unquestionably hosts the world’s finest driver’s all vying to prove not only the capabilities of their material, but their ability to fight for victory amongst  the elite.

Officially entered under the international license of J3 Competition USA are four American KF 3 pilots.  The pilots are, Tristan DeGrand, Alessandra Madrigal and Andrew Palmer, with DFR pilot Dore Chaponick joining the team in a one-off effort.  DeGrand, Madrigal and Palmer will utilize the Kosmic Mercury chassis coupled with Vortex RAD power.  Working alongside the team and taking over the engine preparation role will be longtime team partner Ward Racing who has been working with the J3 Race Department since last week in New Jersey to finalize the engine settings. 

Rounding out J3 Competition’s cooperative efforts will be two Swedish drivers,  KZ 2 driver Jesper Wernersson and KF 3 pilot Robin Hanson.  Both pilots are mainstays on Ward Racing’s European team and will be working underneath the tent at J3 Competition for this special event.
